A Greeter will be on-hand upon your arrival and you will be immediately apprised of your departure status (usually less than a half hour). We operate on a first-in/first-to-hit-the-road basis, which is especially pleasant when flights are delayed. However, rates are predicated on actual participation per vehicular transfer.
Budgetary Tips: Those traveling Via Amtrak should consider utilizing The Vermonter because it is the only Amtrak Station convenient for adding on to Airport Shuttles, which tends to account for the bulk of language school attendees who are not driving to campus. The same is true of the Greyhound Bus Station which is even more conveniently located, at the Burlington Int'l Airport.
1) You WILL NOT be Stranded
...NO MATTER HOW DELAYED YOUR FLIGHT IS, neither at BTV, nor once you are safely delivered to campus!
Arriving After Axinn Orientation hours?
For more than 20 summers Jessica's has always waited while you check-in and get your photo access card at Public Safety. Whereupon we deliver everyone as near as physically possible to the entrance of their dorm/lodging. Following an arduous journey (& particularly unfortunate, your having missed the Orientation Refreshments), anything else would be a disservice.

your Flight Number &/or ETA is changed while enroute. If you do not apprise us of such changes, we will be unable to track your flight, keep this simple for you, nor honor your reservation.

While we do not favor mindlessly breaking rules-since they tend to be in place for good reason. Specific to our WiSHare™ program, we do encourage using our cancellation policy to your best advantage. It actually pleases us to assist our clients in saving on their travel expense, otherwise why dream up the program. So make a reservation well in advance, then check with JVT a couple of days beforehand and if a favorable share has not developed, cancel.

Cancellation Policy
- You need contact Jessica's Vital Transit, llc.
- Changing ones mind is insufficient notification.
- With 24 hours notice, all is well, no harm no foul…au revoir.
- Less than 24 hours notification, the full rate will be charged to your account.
Reservations
are scheduled as much as a year in advance on a first come/first served basis.
A minimum of 48 notice advisable [earlier still if WiSHaring™ is your goal].
Gratuities are customary for transportation providers in the US of A.

is our complimentary facilitation service: whereby we automatically* combine disparate individuals/couples. The greatest individual savings materializing when the first combination of each transfer develops. Lesser discounts accrue based upon greater participation.
